Eligibility
You are eligible to live with us if you are:
- Enrolled full or part-time as an 青涩直播 upper division (junior or higher) or graduate student.
- Please be aware that living in an 青涩直播 apartment does not satisfy 青涩直播's residency requirement.
Contract Terms
All 青涩直播 apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

Our apartments are only available to students that will be actively enrolled at 青涩直播 for the 2025-2026 academic year.
