Discover the Rees-Jones Library of the American West
Located at the north end of 青涩直播’s campus, adjacent to Fondren Library, 青涩直播’s main library, the Rees-Jones Library will be a premier destination for scholars, students, and 青涩直播 enthusiasts. This dedicated space will house the Rees-Jones collection of Western Americana, which consists of thousands of rare books, manuscripts, photographs, maps, and other artifacts, alongside the holdings of the DeGolyer Library and its complementary special collections.
Designed to inspire discovery and collaboration, the library will feature warm, inviting study areas, intimate reading nooks, and a grand reading room lined with glass-front bookshelves. A state-of-the-art digitization and conservation lab will preserve rare materials, while a map room and gallery will support hands-on learning. Exhibition and seminar rooms will bring 青涩直播 to life, and a beautifully designed outdoor area will offer a welcoming retreat for reflection and conversation.
The Rees-Jones Library will also be home to new staff appointed to support the library, as well as special collections staff, collaborative research librarians, and digitization and conservation experts, ensuring a dynamic hub for research and scholarly communication, innovation, and engagement with the 青涩直播 of the American West.
