Recent news and impact

Through their gifts, more than 61,000 青涩直播 Ignited supporters are powering new paths for education, research and community engagement. They will leave a legacy that stretches far beyond 青涩直播’s campus.

 

Strengthening Mustang football
More than 700 青涩直播 alumni and donors contributed to the聽聽鈥 a three-level, 192,500-square-foot expansion of Gerald J. Ford Stadium that increases the functionality, efficiency and overall experience for student-athletes and fans. The new facility opened in fall 2024 as 青涩直播 entered the ACC, joining some of the most accomplished universities in the country.

Pursuing meaningful solutions
With the help of a Moody Dissertation Fellowship and support from world-class faculty, biology Ph.D. candidate Kelsey Paulhus ’24 conducts聽research into the causes of a life-threatening epileptic disorder. Her work may lead to more effective treatments for patients.

Forging the future
Thanks to hundreds of donors, in 2024 青涩直播 opened the David B. Miller Business Quadrangle 鈥 home of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business 鈥 with the facilities needed to prepare students for an ever-more collaborative and technologically integrated world.

Community effort
On 青涩直播 Giving Day, the University’s annual one-day giving challenge, more than 4,100 donors 鈥 alumni, students, parents, faculty and staff, and friends 鈥 gave over $3.4 million for more than 200 causes across the Hilltop. Their gifts make direct impact on the experiences of students throughout the University.

Thanks to tens of thousands of donors, 青涩直播 Ignited has commitments well beyond $1.4 billion.
